Frequently Asked Questions

General

How is A Daily Bouquet different?

We found a sustainable way to deliver affordable flowers with minimal wastage. We focus on daily, seasonal bouquets, selected by our talented florists each morning. By doing this we minimize the amount of wastage with excess inventory and only buy what we need for the day.

Do you have a shop?

We’re online only which helps us keep our overheads down significantly which then lowers our overall bouquet pricing.

Can I select my flowers?

At the moment we’re unable to custom make bouquets as we’re busy arranging the bouquets in the morning and delivering them in the afternoon.

Are the bouquets the same size everyday?

The same value of flowers is wrapped in every bouquet. Due to the nature of our product, sizing depends on several variables which includes flower size, availability, type and bloom. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or redeliver for these issues. Images on our social medias and website are general guides only as our bouquets change daily.

Do you make bouquets for special events?

At this point, we’re unable to make bouquets for events and occasions.

What are your opening hours?

Orders are able to be placed online 24/7. Our staff are available Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.

We head to the markets nice and early and head back to the studio to start arranging the bouquets. We’re usually done around 12pm and send them out for delivery. We do our best to have everything done by 6pm. Feel free to call us up on the day to get a better time frame. If your flowers need to arrive by a certain time please let us know. Our delivery drivers follow the most efficient route, extra charges apply for exact time deliveries.

How will I know when the flowers have been delivered?

We notify the purchaser by either text or email as soon as the flowers have been dropped off to the recipient. If no one is home we’ll place the flowers in a safe location and notify you. While making a purchase you can leave a message with delivery instructions.

If we can’t access the property or get in contact with you, we have to send the flowers back to our studio and get in contact with you. Please note it’s the senders responsibility to make sure the address and instructions are correct. For our safety if there are large dogs at the property and no one is home we cannot deliver them.

How do I maintain my flowers?

Remove the flowers from their wrapping and place them into some fresh water. Make sure they stay out of direct sunlight and in a cool place. Every few days snip the bottom of the steam at an angle and give them some fresh water. We also provide flower food which can be sprinkled into the water which helps hydrate them.
